the knowledge and could communicate that
knowledge in a way that I could understand, they
delivered just that, more importantly they
respond promptly, (even when the problem is
small!) just to ensure my complete satisfaction
moreover they always return my calls and
emails!. But the only downfalls were the demand
for their services by other clients. I had
doubts about whether my website was priority but
they met my deadline with class, nevertheless I
didn’t feel my needs were un-catered for, but on

prontoweb via a client, we visited the
website but our initial impressions were they
are really expensive, we were hesitant about
contacting them but after reading through the
brochure we thought why not give try them. My panel were
introduced to the team off designers who would
be creating iwebtool's website. We described the way we
envisioned iwebtool to be, (personally we felt
insane telling someone how we required a cute
penguin on iwebtool's front page), but they brought the
imagination to life, in the way we imagined. The
process was quick and simple and we were re-assured
that iwebtool was appreciated. We even looked
over their team whilst they made iwebtool.com.
They kept us in the frame throughout the
process, before the website launched our industry was
restricted to only our surrounding area, now we meet
clients internationally!, who are interested in
iwebtool's merchandise.
The process was quick and simple,
but all in all it was grand. Who would have
thought that setting up a website was so easy?
We thought we'd need 3 to 6 months to get our
website up and running, but the ease and speed
have surprised us! We're two months ahead of
